I’ve sent an eBay item with them and it’s now being returned to me for some unknown reason 
Trying to get any information from them is proving difficult.
They’re saying it could take up to 8 weeks to get the parcel back to me but I don’t understand why they can’t deliver it to my buyer. Wondering if they’ll refund the £25 I paid them to deliver the parcel.
