Hi!
My 16 month old DD is gradually get more and more of a fussy eater.
She has completely gone off mince and doesn't seem too keen on chicken anymore. She's quite good with fish (only given her cod and mackerel). She's had pork sausages once which she loved but now doesn't seem to like them anymore.
It's getting harder and more stressful to feed her especially at tea time. She just spits out what I've made her or throws it on the floor so I end up making her something like mac and cheese or beans and scrambled eggs so that I know she's eaten.
Has anyone else experienced this? At first I thought it was only because of teething (she has 2 coming through at the front) but foods that has previously loved she's just messing about with. I don't want to keep giving her tinned food all the time as I want her to get a taste for proper food. She does have a small snack around 3pm (banana or malt loaf) and I am starting to wonder if this is filling her up too much (she's a very small little girl).
Has anyone else got a fussy eater and have any suggestions on what I can feed DD? I'm worried she's going to start losing weight.
