Has anyone else found the service rubbish? Queues for half an hour for a cake and tea and it wasn’t even busy. Then it took another half hour to bring a cheese toastie over!

Yes. I've seen glaciers move faster. I think they make a point of only employing people who've never seen a proper espresso machine before, and they stare at them in wonder or are too frightened to go near them.

They've got the find a table before or after queuing dilemma sorted though. Knowing how long people wait in the queue, they know there's no point saving tables, so last time I went, they had 'table police' to stop people sitting down at empty tables, but then found tables for people when their drinks were finally ready.
