I need to start a job asap and I have applied for a role as a secretary at a hospital, is it going to be a good job?

Do you think i should apply for these sorts of jobs as I have always wanted to work in a hospital.
Or do you think it would be an unwise decision given the current state of the NHS?
Thanks

The NHS is and remains an excellent employer with good sick and maternity pay, annual leave and pensions. Jobs are highly competitive.

I would really love to work for them

I loved working in a hospital in Admin. It really is a little community. Go for it

If the nhs ceased to exist tomorrow they would still need secretaries. Can't promise you'd keep any related perks, but I'd say it's a relatively safe job which is more than most of us have
