OK so I love GBM, watch it every year. But the timings confuse me, I wonder if someone cleverer or more knowledgable about the inner workings of telly can tell me how the cooking days are actually organised, rather than how they are shown?
What I mean is, if things happened in the order shown in the show, you'd have all 3 chefs cooking at the same time, then one would get their plate to the pass, they'd go and taste it while the other two, in a curiously immaculate and quiet kitchen, taste it too. Then that chef goes back into the kitchen where the 2 remaining chefs are running around like crazy getting their dishes to the pass. So....it can't happen in that order, but if they cooked it and then tasted it all afterwards, it would be cold, surely?
