Nespresso help please!

I've just bought a Nespresso Pixie with the milk frother. I can't work out how (or find an easy explanation on Google) to make lattes/cappuccinos properly!

I can't work out what fill line in the frother I'm meant to pour milk up to for what drink or what pods are best to use for lattes. Can anyone help me please? I just want a nice latte and I'm completely stuck! I'd love to just know what anyone else does with theirs! Thank you! x

So a latte is less frothy so I use the smoother whisk and fill to the top line with milk. Press and go and make the coffee bit (I have large mugs so I use the larger cup setting). For cappuccino I use the bigger whisk and pour milk to the lowest line.

Thank you! I did ask someone at one of the stalls they have but they got all serious about coffee and sort of went off track a bit, I got a bit overwhelmed with all the information.
