Irrational anger

OH has used one of my freshly washed towels to dry the bathroom floor after the kids had a bath. I went to sleep angry about it and now I’m awake it’s still making me angry. I know it’s irrational to be so angry about a towel but he could have used of of the kids dirty ones.

Anyone care to share their irrational anger stories?

Your life must be plain sailing if that's all you can find to get angry about! Take a chill pill (hate that phrase- I'd get cross if someone said that to me!)

No my life isn’t plain sailing at all. I know I’m being irrational being angry about it but it’s annoyed me.

That angry feeling sounds like there's something else going on in the back ground as well. What else is irritating you about your husband?

Just stupid stuff, the fact that I have a dirty wet towel that I’m going to have to put on a wash by itself because there is nothing else to go in with it.

Maybe it’s more irrational annoyance rather than anger.

I'd normally just chuck it in the washing basket and do it another day, but I suppose it's go stinky. Can't you just hang it over the side of the bath,?
