oh me too. It took me awhile to believe it didn't hurt other people too. Also sometimes when I try on clothes I can't believe that people can put up with the itch. I can barely keep them on for a minute. We must be delicate flowers 😁

open 2 windows, it's worst when you have only one open

If you mean what I think you mean, opening the passenger window a tiny bit solves it and stops that 'thrumming' noise.

When I read the title I was imagining people whipping out fold up tables full of sausage rolls and Black Forest Gateuxs on the hard shoulder 🤷🏻‍♀️

I don't! I'm just an observer. Can't see how others can bear the thrum. But they appear to.

They probably have another window open a crack to let the air pass through instead of vibrating in and out.
Air con has solved this problem anyway. It must just be people with older cars who have learned to ignore the weird air pressure thing.

Once you go above about 40mph it's more fuel efficient to use the air con anyway- which is lucky because I hate the noise too!

Smokers often have their windows open. Ironic really as they must love the smoke anyway as they smoke.

It's great white noise for crying infants.

I like open windows, but the thrumming is unbearable. But I alwAys manage to find a combination ofpartlyopen windows that works. Sunroofs rule for this though
