A special guardianship is usually until the child turns 18, when was the court order made?

We are special guardians. She has a good relationship with her mum. If the time and circumstances are right the gaurdianship can change. However we have the right to decide that as it is effectively adoption.

You need to sort out whatever it was that led you to this, then work really well with the guardians. You have no rights.
