Help!
DD (21) was changing her profile the other day. Noticed her date of birth was wrong so corrected it. However from that, Twitter worked out that she was not 13 when she first joined ( I know I know!)
Anyone had any experience of this? She's currently locked out. Twitter want one of her parents to confirm her identity, but in doing so they want a shed load of personal data about me or her Dad which we are very reluctant to give.
Desperate for advice here!
