P45 or something else? Please help!

Starting new job in couple weeks their hr has emailed me for my p45.
I’ve been a sahm for 3 yesrs I did do some casual work in last 12 months that I earned around £150 for.
Would I need to give themselves another form or do I need the actual p45?

Just tell them you haven't been employed this year and they'll give you a form to complete for the tax office

They'll give you a p46 to complete, it's only so they know which tax code to put you on.
