I've just left dd(22), ds(14) and ds (9) in the room
They seem to think it's hilarious to complain about everything, fight, shout, scream and generally play up
I told them if they didn't start behaving I would speak to airline tomorrow about going home and they all laughed so I've left them

I'm utterly miserable

Sorry you have had a shit holiday. It would be the last holiday I'd be taking dd on, at 22 she should know better. Is she working? Can she move out? Definitely go to Thailand consider that your holiday and write this one of as the dc's. Pay for it by cutting back on Christmas as the dc have behaved appallingly and don't appreciate you.

To top things off I've just had a lovely passive aggressive text off my ex in laws saying of course they'll have the dcs whilst I go to Thailand with an added 'the question is how do the dcs feel about it'

I think you’re reading too much into it and they’re just wanting to know If the children are happy to go to them.

One more sleep till you’re home in your own bed Smile

OP - if it's any consolation at all when I was 13 my parents took me to Hawaii and I cried because I didn't like the hotel room. I'm normal now Grin
