Help me find a lush hotel on the way to Cornwall

Myself and my dp are getting married in July with just us and our children. We are going cornwall straight after for our holiday and would like to stay somewhere for the night before we check into Haven. We are coming from the midlands. If anyone could recommend somewhere lush would be lovely! X

The Cleeve, Wellington (next junction on the M5)

Or a nice B&B - The Old Dairy at Bishops Barton (about 15 mins off the M5). Out in the sticks
