Do I speak to teacher?

My DD has just started school and its all going well. DH notice marks on arm last night we didn’t think much of it as she’s been playing out. Today changing after school I see similar marks in other arm. Ask her what happened and she says Xchild did it then demonstrated by grabbing around my upper arms (it’s small red mark scratches). Ones been there two days so obviously not a gentle grab. DD said x being “mean to me” then said when it was done. DD isn’t upset and didn’t seem phased by it. I did say tell teacher etc. So given this is first week of school do I just leave and hope stops as X moves on? Or do I approach the teacher after school in playground? Can’t really speak before school. I’m in two minds as don’t want to be a “complainer” or cause my child issues in class. Yet don’t want this to continue. I suppose a small level of fighting expected but more accidental or one off.

I would raise it with the teacher especially as it has happened twice. Just so they know you know ...
