How do I make really good bubble mixture?

Do you make bubble mixture that produces loads of bubbles, and if so how do you do it?

I’ve tried different types of washing up liquid, different proportions of washing up liquid to water, and adding glycerine to the mixture (which made it so gloopy it was no good for anything!).

The best I’ve found comes in tiny pots from Tesco, but since there isn’t a Tesco near me I was hoping to make something similar. Any ideas?

1 cup dishwashing liquid – washing up liquid.
10 cups water
4 Tablespoons glycerine

I divided by 4 and has worked all summer for us.
