Pins and needles in hands and palpitations

Just wondered if anyone had had experience of this?

For the past week or so, I've been getting occasional heart palpitations/flutters mainly when waking up in the night or at rest. I've had this in the past before every so often and even once had an ECG etc in early 20s and all was fine. So not particularly worried... I just thought it's been brought on by tiredness (have a two-year old and five-month-old).

But have also been getting pins and needles and numbness in fingers, particularly also when waking up in the night. So just wondered if anyone knew if there was a link? As above, am five-month-old post-partum, so any type of vitamin deficiency, etc?

I will make a GP appt if it continues, but just wondered if anyone else had experience of this.
