Please talk to me about your pressure cooker

I am considering getting one, I have an induction hob. In the past I've been scared of them but they seem so safe now. Apart from stew and casserole type dishes, what do you cook in them? What size would you recommend for a family of 4?

Ive just replaced my hi-dome prestige one that was 30years old with...... another hi-dome prestige one.

It's huge and so simple to use. But if you're afraid of the more traditional ones then maybe it's not the best option for you.

I bought an electric one - an Instant Pot - which has several other functions too as I was scared of the stove top ones.

To be honest, I use it for stew, or when I need a larger than normal pan (without the lid on)
