What interesting toppings with jacket potatoes?

I know the usual, beans, cheese, tuna etc. Are there any interesting ones I'm missing?

I like coronation chicken, had it every day at work whilst suffering of sickness, only thing I could eat

Chop up and onion and fry in a large chunk of Marge/butter. When soft cut off the bottoms of 3 tubes of primula cheese and chives/plain and scrape the cheese out with a spoon. Stir until melted and add some pepper. Stir until silky feeling.

Serve with salad stuff and jacket. It's very morish and basically a heart attack on a plate which is why I only make it once a year it's the only time I can get my 18yr old to eat jacket potato.
