The 2nd Alice in Wonderland was pretty good though JD was a bit dire. The rest of the cast make up for him.

Dd is 12 and quite into her films - favourites she's watched recently (excluding the predictable Greatest Showman!) have been:

• Wonder Woman
• Mean Girls
• The kissing booth

She likes older films too - splash, Big, Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure and Ferris Bugler's day off have been recent hits.

We just watched the new jumanji, which was actually really good!

Yes we just saw Jumanji. That was fun.

If you want to go old school then The Breakfast Club or another John Hughes movie.
