I'm waiting in for an Ikea delivery this afternoon. The confirmation said I would receive more detailed information on the day - I haven't heard anything since the date was confirmed two days ago.
The tracking status says it's 'arrived at our reload facility and will soon be on its way'.
The detailed tracking site says to 'try again on the day of delivery' - but it is the day of delivery 
.
I tried calling them but the wait time was 30 minutes.
Has anyone any experience with this? Am I going to have waited in for nothing or could it be their tracking is just down?
Any advice appreciated.
