Google membership rewards - congratulations, you’ve won a prize. Scam?

I keep receiving a message that I’ve won a prize through Google membership rewards.
You have to answer a question, and you have the choice of one of 3 prizes.
Is this a scam, or has anybody genuinely won a prize on it?
I’m worried about internet security, really.

I believe it is a scam, yes. They're after your personal details.
