Any idea how I would go about finding a seamstress to make DS some dungarees

Odd request I know.

DS is 11 and Mario mad. He has Severe Asd and I would love to have him some blue dungarees made so he can play dress up and pretend to be Mario. He has just started with imaginary play.

But I have no idea of how I would go about minding someone to make them. Any suggestions.

Search dressmaker and see what you find. Ask on local facebook pages for seamstress or dressmaker reccs.

Mario fancy dress is sold quite cheaply on amazon - maybe not the quality you’re after but will save you a fortune...

Have a look on Etsy for people making clothing and ask for a custom one in the fabric of your choice.

They're are a lot of kids clothing makers, I've seen them on Facebook and Etsy.

They make all kinds of lovely custom stuff.

I have used this lady before.

My mind has gone blank, I used to follow lots of groups on Facebook but can’t find them now.

There is a FB group called Sewing in the UK. There are also sub groups by county so you could post on both the main group and your county group. Good luck
