Masterchef - Carol Decker not how I imagined her

Lighthearted. And yes I know I'm weird.

I loved T'Pau in the 80s and Carole Decker's voice was amazing (singing voice might still be but not heard it since). However I'd never heard her speak, only sing and it's totally thrown me how she sounds on Masterchef. It doesn't match in my head to how she sings. I'm actually struggling to listen as have a dreadful sinus headache and misophonia that is triggered by some accents and husky/gritty/unclear voices.
I know I'm probably alone on this and I love masterchef but going to have to fast forward to the end and hope she's the one to leave. I feel so bad as she can't help her voice but it's making me want to remove my ears.

Thanks for that. Some people haven't seen it yet. Angry

Sorry! BlushI recorded it days ago and was catching up on recordings so didn't think of anyone not having seen it.

I didn't notice anything odd about her voice. How do you mean? Confused

A bit gritty and grating, but like I said, I have severe misophonia and am triggered by some accents. There's a presenter that I couldn't bear to listen to on the Chealsea Flower Show programme too. Don't know if she still does it or not. I'm learning to manage the misophonia as the GP told me that's the only option. Music helps at meal times but can't really do that when watching TV Grin oooooh subtitles!!! Just remembered they exist! Yay!
