Can go recommend supplements for women she 40+

I do a lot of exercise, plus work full time. Generally eat well but could be better at times. Sometimes wake in the night and struggle to get back to sleep. Can anyone suggest supplements I could take?

Vitamin D and iron. Those are the most common deficiencies in 40 year old women. Vit D deficiency can cause insomnia.
