Chuck it or eat it?

Got a reduced stir fry vegetable mix yesterday from Tesco and it went out of date the same day. Is it okay for me to eat 12 hours past the use by or should I just throw it? They look fine and don’t want to waste them. Stir fry is too deliciousGrin

If it looks and smells fins I'd use it. Those dates are often set a little earlier than the food actually goes bad

It'll be fine

Perfectly fine so long as it smells and looks OK.

Thank you! Never sure on this stuff Google always says fresh food is more dangerous than processed past it’s use by but it’s not been too long so it’ll be alright

Smell it. Vegetables that are off have a very distinctive smell.
I’m sure it will be fine but I am pretty relaxed when it comes to best before dates.
Make sure the beansprouts are well cooked!
