Ex is quizzing dd

My ex is asking 8 yearold dd questions about me. What I do, who comes to the house, how many times they are "dumped on a babysitter". She told me because it obviously makes her feel uncomfortable. She asked me if it's ok because she just lies to him.
I don't care anymore that he doesn't respect boundaries, I know what my boundaries are and ignore him. But how do I stop him asking dad because I'm worried about the affect it might have on her.

You could come up with a stock response that your daughter should use.

The most effective I found was for dc just to look vague and say she can’t remember. He’ll soon give up.

Is he asking because he was controlling when you were together?

Is he asking because he is concerned about his daughter being introduced to new partners?

Is he just being nosey?
