Where can I buy a plain, white iced cake? I don’t want flowers, or swags, or aby decoration other than plain white icing.

Tesco, Waitrose and marks, maybe Asda, will look.

M&S

Morrisons sell them alongside birthday cakes as a decorate your own bday cake. They’re about £6.50

I've seen one in Sainsbury's (a large one) with white icing, ready to be decorated.

BikeRunSki · 24/08/2018 22:24

Do I have to order it from M&s, or do they have them on the shelves?

I need a round one preferably.

Sainsbury do them too, couldn't t see any on Asda. They're called decorate your own cake.

KataraJean · 24/08/2018 22:25

Definitely Waitrose. It’s called decorate your own. About 5-6 inches square. Nice cake, icing a bit thick for me but good quality. I think it was £12 but cannot remember.

FunkyHeroCat · 24/08/2018 22:25

X-post did not see you wanted a round cake

BikeRunSki · 24/08/2018 22:26

I have no Waitrose for about 30 miles. I think all the ex-miners scared them off!

Tyneside - the Mozzer’s one sounds perfect. The audience will be 9 and 10, they won’t care what it tastes like. Just that it looks like s Quiditch pitch.
