I think I had mine last year. Second date with my boyfriend, we hadn't really kissed up until that point so there was some build up. It was at the end of the evening overlooking the river, eye contact, touched my face, leant in for the kiss, unexpectedly passionate! He ruffled my hair a bit... 
He's hot and not English and has a slightly exotic air which made it all the more exciting If this wasn't my perfect kiss it's pretty damn close and one ticked off the bucket list!
