Just what it says in the title really.
Recently found out that a family member likely has it. His psa levels have fluctuating over the last couple of years but have started to just climb now. They are well above what they should be for his age (late 60s).
He had an internal exam a few weeks ago while waiting on a MRI and the Dr found a sweetcorn kernal sized lump that day. Recent MRI shows that it has grown by about 2.5cm since.
Now waiting on an appointment for targeted biopsies which will take a couple of months and then a follow-up for the results. So it's just a waiting game for now.
I've read everything fact based online that I can find but would like input from anybody who has experience of this more so for a hand hold and reassurance than anything else I suppose.
