Microsoft office courses, where to go?

I’ve been a SAHM for the last 10 years and was previously employed as an admin officer for the NHS.
I want to refresh my office admin skills and would like to do a Microsoft office course. I’ve just contacted my local Pitman’s training centre and they want £2500 for the course! There is no way, as a SAHM I can afford that.
Does anyone know if you can do this course online and if there is anywhere offering this cheaper than Pitman’s?

I did the ECDL on line. I don't remember how much it cost but it was nothing like £2500.

Is there any chance you live in south Wales? If so, you can get it for free via eu funds.

You could try googling Microsoft Office MOOCs? I think if I were in your shoes I'd probably post a thread asking for PAs/Admin officers/whatever's relevant to list whatever Microsoft skills they think are really properly relevant to getting back into the workplace, and focus on that. I know aspects of Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, and Excel inside out and backwards, but there's a heap of stuff that no-one would ever need to know unless they do what I do. I'm sure the same is true of the other MS stuff that's included in Office.

leg unfortunately not, I’m in Essex.
Dolores thanks, I’ll do that.
