PamsterWheel · 24/08/2018 13:53

Being told I should have worn different trainers to go walking in

birthdaygirls · 24/08/2018 13:53

Realising I would never marry my teenage pop music crush

Ginnotgym · 24/08/2018 13:55

A puppy outside my doctors surgery. I was pregnant and hormonal to the point of lunacy.

And also 'Jessie' song by Joshua Cadison.
Also when pregnant. Proper sobbing - had to pull over. Grin

Peachydream · 24/08/2018 13:55

A pile of odd socks.

amusedbush · 24/08/2018 13:59

A hypothetical situation involving sad dogs.

It wasn't real and there were no dogs at all, let alone sad ones. I still cried.

DH was baffled.

CakeNinja · 24/08/2018 13:59

What were the leftovers?
That’s harsh when food gets cruelly snatched away Sad
I’m sure there have been many silly things I’ve cried over but I’m not much of a crier so I can’t think of anything right now. I’ll be back...

LadyR77 · 24/08/2018 13:59

Not being able to decide what to buy for dinner - cried in the middle of the ready meal aisle in Tesco. I was heavily pregnant and very hormonal at the time...

UpstartCrow · 24/08/2018 14:00

I woke up from a dream that very old bestest Ddog was still alive, realised it wasn't true and burst into tears Blush

yips · 24/08/2018 14:01

My burger came without onions.

AimlesslyPurposeful · 24/08/2018 14:06

The Heffalump Movie.

I sobbed and sobbed. Ds2 who was ten at the time kept telling me it was just a cartoon but the pregnancy hormones had taken over my senses and I was inconsolable.

He offered to turn it off but I told him we shouldn’t shut our eyes to the horrors of nature.

I cringe remembering it.

Stephisaur · 24/08/2018 14:09

A butterfly touched me.

I'd like to pretend that this was when I was a small child, but it was Tuesday this week. I am 27.

DH knew I didn't like them, but probably wasn't expecting a full on meltdown while we were trying to eat lunch (it had gotten in and was in the kitchen).

He's blaming the pregnancy hormones Grin

@LadyR77 I cried because they'd run out of frozen turkey dinosaurs quite early on. Pregnancy is fun.

cheesefield · 24/08/2018 14:10

I cried watching Armageddon last week. I was drunk.

Mouseville65 · 24/08/2018 14:11

@AimlesslyPurposeful I'm sorry but I'm crying laughing at this.

My pregnant friend cried because she bent a spoon squeezing a teabag, I told her it was just a spoon and she said 'but now it's not perfect the other spoons might cast it out' 🤣🤣🤣

ParkheadParadise · 24/08/2018 14:12

I cried when Dd2 was 3 days old. I went to lift her out the pram and her socks had fell off😂😂.
DH was like WTF

JesusDontWantMeForASunbeam · 24/08/2018 14:15

I cried in TGIs last night as they ruined my bruschetta with a gloopy awful mess of pretend balsamic

Knittedfairies · 24/08/2018 14:16

@ParkheadParadise that has made me chortle for some reason!!

GoldenHoops · 24/08/2018 14:17

My Easter egg was broken. Huge snotty blubbery sobs. Aged 35, 37 weeks pregnant. Dh went and brought me a bigger unbroken one.

Winterfellismyhome · 24/08/2018 14:27

@CakeNinja

It was chicken casserole and mash. I was just trying to sneak in a quick lunch before the baby woke up.

Drive anybody to tears tbh 😀

I cried at a nature documentary a mummy gorrila was checking baby gorrila over and stopped and just stared at it's little toes. I thought it was beautiful and burst into tears

BigusBumus · 24/08/2018 14:42

I cried when heavily pregnant over the song "Ugly Duckling" whilst making lunch for my older child. Theres a line that the duckling sings that goes "Who me? A Swan?" and then the other swans all sing "You're a very fine swan indeeeeeeeeeeeeed".

I proper wept. Blush

n0ne · 24/08/2018 14:45

When Napoleon Dynamite does the dance when Pedro's election speech is going badly. I sobbed. Wankface exDP thought I was mental.

EastMidsGPs · 24/08/2018 14:47

When my 58 year old thread bare teddy bear Fred disintegrated before my eyes in the washing machine.
