I have put an ad on Gumtree today for sofas that are free to collect. I have received a number of messages asking if they are still available but nothing definite. I have though received one message asking to collect just the one, this user has a rating of 1 star, but I am not able to click anywhere to read the review of this user - how do I read why he has received this rating?
