Our neighbours have 5 children the oldest is 12. We have caught them before up on our joint garage roof which is more than 6 feet off the ground. The first time it was the oldest two playing chase on it and we shouted at them to get off. The next day the next two who were younger than 5 at the time were both up there sitting at the edge.
Nothing has happened for a while but today the oldest was on there. I shouted to her and she said she was playing hide and seek on her side. I told her to get down because it is so dangerous. She climbed down using their back fence. Do I report this or am I over reacting?
