We are having a complete nightmare with Waltons.
This is more stressful than buying the house, that is currently rammed with all H's tools.
Customer service won't give us contact details for anyone other than themselves.

20th June
H ordered an absco regent shed plus installation, he was told there was a 4 week lead time.

18th July
I phoned Waltons to chase delivery / installation. I was told no installation had been book. I was given a delivery date of 16th August with installation date of 17th August.

15th August
H phoned to check on delivery for 16th this was confirmed and he was told the shed would be installed on the same day.

16th August
Shed arrived but no installation. H rang Waltons to check installation for 17th. Was told no, installation was now booked for the 20th.

20th August
Installation men arrived and there was no fixing kit in the box. One of installers rang Waltons and was told to go to the nearest DIY store. Installer refused as no idea of quantities and sizings.
Installers said someone from Waltons would phone us immediately to discuss the problem.

No phone call received.

30 minutes later I rang and spoke to K who told her that customers are supposed to open the boxes and check all the parts are there. (On a 140 kg package of metal shed parts) K said she needed to chase up logistics and assured me that she would phone back the same day.

No phone call received.

I phoned at 17.30 and was told K had gone home.

21st August
I rang and spoke to M, who said installation would be on 23rd, the missing parts would be sent by Nightfreight.

23rd August
No installation team, H rang at 15.00 and was told they were on their way. At 16.45 I rang and was told the job had been cancelled as they had been stuck in traffic for too long. At the same time someone called H to tell him the same thing.

This is fucking ridiculous.

Not as bad as your experience but I had something similair last month with them.

Ordered a summerhouse and booked in the delivery using the dates they suggested. Received text confirmation it would be coming on the day between a time period and took time off to be in for it.

Nothing turned up on the day and when I contacted them it had been rescheduled to a week later with no reason or apology. They literally just said "it is one of those things".

I would never use them again

They really are bad, we bought a wooden shed off them about 10yrs ago and everything went to plan, so when we needed a bigger one for the new house they were the company we went to.

The 4th! Installation date is now Tuesday, going from previous events I'm not terribly optimistic.
