Mother’s help?

Does anyone have a mother’s help(er)? I am thinking of finding someone to help out with dcs for two hours Monday - Thursday and am looking for tips / an idea of what they can help with and how to find someone experienced?

Hope it’s ok to post here - there is no mother’s help section in Childcare and tbh, I am hoping this will get a bit more traffic!
