Any desi dishes which freeze well?

For batch cooking purposes etc

All of them! Potato curry. Chickpea and spinach curry. My everyday Lahori chicken curry. Only okra doesn’t freeze well. And I find fish or prawn curries don’t taste as good defrosted. I haven’t ever tried to freeze my egg curry (but my sons would eat it every day if given a choice so I cook it weekly).

Do you not find potatoes get soggy/ mushy??

I semi fry them in panch phoran so they don’t get too soggy.
