Any vaccines experts about?

Dd is 2, and had her first MMR jab at around 13 months. I saw today that there is a smallish outbreak of measles in our area.

Is there any point in trying to get her the second MMR jab earlier than she would normally? Am happy to pay for it if necessary.

You can give the 2nd dose off MMR 3 months after the 1st.

As previous poster said, she can have it any time from 3 months after the first dose so wouldn't hurt to ask your GP if they can do it now - we were strongly advised to book the next appointment asap when DD had her first dose @ 13m, due to regular occasional outbreaks in our area of London.
