Safe to eat?

I made a load of sweet potatoe and chicken patties for DD that I normally put in the freezer once cooled. However I took them out and whilst waiting decided to put DD down for a nap. Well I fell asleep myself and they have been out for one hour and a half Confused will they still be safe to freeze and eat?

Yes they will be fine.

Thanks that's a relief it is a massive batch. Sorry if I sound really thick cooking is definitely not one of my talents. I often over cook cremate food for fear of poisoning everybody Blush----

Haha! I thought you were going to say overnight! They'll be fine!

We make patties a lot and leave them out nearly that long to properly cool down anyway. I thought you were going to say overnight!

winterdeballesteros · 22/08/2018 19:02

they sound very tasty, I am not a cook at all but are they easy to make?

DiggertyDamn · 22/08/2018 19:10

winterdeballesteros patties are ridiculously easy to make, great hot or cold, and you can put in them whatever you want. We make these cheaptastyandeasy.wordpress.com/patties-mini-pasty-things/
DH takes them to work, the DC take them to school. They never last long in this house Grin

^ I need to update the picture on that. I now lay them on their side and press the edges with a fork to seal.
