My DM has asked for a really good/seriously sharp kitchen knife for her birthday.
She’s into cooking not a murderer
What would you recommend

um.... Miyabi, Messermeister, Victorinox and MAC are good but obviously it depends on your budget.Also depends on what sort of kitchen knife she wants...

Can part with about 100 ish

DH loves Wusthof knives.

I've got IO Shen. I love them, they're beautiful, and razor sharp as my poor fingers will attest!
