Chicken pox

I am on a fast train in Europe.
I am immunosuppressed.
There is a couple with a toddler across the aisle. The little one looks as if he has " not quite better chicken pox".
There is nothing I can do.

There's a difference between "not quite better" and not contagious with chicken pox so hopefully it's the latter. I can understand why you are worried though.

I dont want to get any closer tbh. But I dont think all the spots are scabbed over.

They have been up and down the train, to the loo and the buffet.
I guess the best thing is for me to just sit still. Train is full.
