How can I shake off this migraine?

Haven't had one for ages but it hit yesterday. Took a variety of different painkillers during the course of the day including the pink and yellow Migraleve with usually work.

It's still there this morning after a decent night's sleep. Not so much painful now but feels like pressure in my head and I feel wiped out.

Any tips for getting rid of it please?

Plenty of water. Sleep. Stodge.

Definitely not sinus related? Some steam will help if so.

Sleep is the only thing that works for me.

Flowers it’s horrible.

It's the oddest cure I've ever come across but a bacon sandwich or a bad of pork scratchings works for me.
