Is this breaking the new priv acy/information law?

My landlord has emailed regarding a arranging inspection. This has been sent as a group email to other tenants so I can see their names and email addresses aD they can see mine!

Can remember what the law is called but surely they shouldn't beheading this information?

data protection act and more recently gdpr. unless you have all given your permission for your LL to share your details with each other its in contravention. he should be using the blind send function....think its bcc on my pc
