Court Hearing and CAFCASS

Really hoping someone can reassure me on this:-
My ex and I are returning to court on Thursday regarding contact. Ex and I are in agreement that contact should progress to how it was almost a year ago when I was forced to stop contact by social services due to a comment made by our son about his father (I genuinely have no concerns about his Father but was told if I didn’t stop contact then I would also be assessed by social care). My concern is that the CAFCASS officer who has been dealing with the case has recommended “no overnight contact”. I disagree with her as there is nothing in the report to justify these recommendations. Really hoping that ex and I can persuade the judge that we know what is best for our son. Son is desperate to have weekends etc with his Dad (and told CAFCASS this when she visited him in school) and I know that if the judge follows CAFCASS recommendations I am going to be dealing with a very angry, difficult 6 year old.
Any advice or experience would be very much appreciated

As far as I’m aware any decision to stop contact isn’t taken lightly so SS must’ve had serious concerns. What was the comment made by your son and for what reason was contact stopped?
