Magnesium Sulphate - can I use it on a ‘delicate area’ ?

Ive got yet another blocked gland on my labia. I get them frequently and usually they’ll just pop and that’s the end of it. This one however will not budge.

I’ve not used magnesium sulphate before, but read you’re supposed to cover with a plaster. I don’t think that’ll be possible Blush

I absolutely love a good zit but this is a bit embarrassing!

No! Magnesium sulphate is very drying - believe me ive been tempted - but no.
