Food inspiration.......

I need some food inspiration.... I seem to notice we sort of have the same foods on a 3 week rotation, I feel like we’re in a school... ( except the cooking is much better) as it’s 2 weeks till the kids have to go back to school so have a bit more time for prep and cooking.
So far this week...
Monday - McDonald’s
Today - paprika chicken and pepper pasta
Weds - steak, baked potato, mushroom/pepper/onion mix 😊

Need to fill the rest of the week 🤔 tell me your menus to give some ideas

Giant couscous and roasted vegetable salad.
Tortillas with refried beans, peri peri chicken, guacamole, etc.
Spinach and feta pie.

DP and I usually eat more meat and fish, but have a vegetarian house guest this week.

Things that always go down well here:

Spaghetti Bolognese
Fajitas (chicken and I sometimes do salmon with little gem, avocado and lime)
Chilli (I make a big batch and freeze some)
Thai pork mince and rice served in baby gem "boats"
Home made pizza (ds likes to put the toppings on)
Sausage carbonara
