Where’s like Center Parcs but not Center Parcs?

We have ‘done’ CP and as much as we have loved it it is getting a bit samey with the same activities and restaurants.

We do love the pool and the setting though.

Are there any forest waterparks as nice as CP either in the UK or Europe that anyone could recommend?

A chain of parks in europe called Landall. Been to quite a few, normally have a mixture of pool, mini golf, playground, climbing, bowling etc. Restaurant, shop too.

barleycorn · 21/08/2018 20:25

I’ve been musing on this too. Have you been to any of the Landal ones in the UK efeslight?

We are thinking about going in October or November as a change from Center Parcs.

birdsdestiny · 21/08/2018 20:26

In the UK riby hall is lovely, and as expensive as CP Grin

efeslight · 21/08/2018 20:35

No, not been to a uk site, but the euro ones are really nice. Haven't compared prices, but i think the euro ones are a pretty good deal.

Reggie24 · 21/08/2018 20:36

Duinrell Eurocamp in Holland is lovely. Wassenaar is a beautiful place too.

QueenofLouisiana · 21/08/2018 20:54

Sunparks in Belgium. Owned by CP some very similar. Lots cheaper!

Another vote for Bluestone. We love it and have been since the kids were babies. Now 6.5 & 3

Pressuredrip · 21/08/2018 21:02

I much preferred Bluestone to Center Parks. Very similar but a bit smaller.

Iwanttoseethesea · 21/08/2018 21:11

Came in to say Duinrell in Holland as well. Has a water park and theme park on site - all free. We loved it

TiffinBox · 21/08/2018 21:52

Haven Wild Duck in Norfolk is the their only woodland holiday park. Lots of facilities, outdoor activities for kids, wildlife and really peaceful, I'd go back again.

Darwin forest - but much more leaving the park to do local Peak District stuff! Great lodges and nice pool though
