I’m about to book a holiday but not sure to choose Costa adeje in Tenerife or Kardamena in kos, we like a bit of night life like cocktail and nice bars but not nightclubs lol anyone any suggestions?

i went to tenerife a few years ago and apart from the night life and beaches during the day i didnt rate it, im going to Kardemenia next week and it looks lovely, nice village reasonable beach and decent hotels

Just come back from Costa Adeje and had a great time.
We spent most of our time in the hotel, but the surrounding area was clean, upmarket, not too loud or rowdy and I saw less than two football shirts all the time we were there.

My only experience of Greece will be my last until I can flush toilet paper. Maybe it's just me but putting used toilet roll in a bag/bin just utterly grossed me out.

Confused lots of countries you have to put the loo paper into a bin, Cyprus, Egypt, Turkey never bothered me i promise i will start a thread to tell you what kardamenia is like when i come back as i dont own a smart phone so dont do tech while im on holiday

Each to their own - I'm just adding Cyprus, Egypt and Turkey to my places not to visit.

In an attempt to avoid TMI, number 1's I'm cool with, but number 2s and the often unfortunate aftermath is not something I want to be stuffing into a plastic bag every time.

I accept that might just be me, but it is what it is.

Not just you i found it weird when i first went to a country that did this, but you get used to it oh by the way add tunisia to your list lol
