Flaky people!

I'm so fed up of people. Been let down again by a mate who knows I need to get out of the house today. Why bother arranging things to cancel? it makes me feel like being flaky but I'm not rude

Frustrating! Please go out anyway and don't let it spoil your day. Did they have a good reason?

The usual crap about leaving things to the last minute so they've got to do blah blah blah. I can organise my life why cant they organise theirs?

Is everyone just more rude these days?

Sod them, that is plain rude and I read it as "you're not important enough to me to have thought of all that stuff beforehand". They would have organised themselves if it mattered to them.
Hope you had a nice day regardless!

Nah I just stayed in. DS was looking a bit peaky anyway so we chilled out. I do wonder when people on here say they can't be arsed with friends but I see their point now

I'm afraid people will let you down without a second thought. It's depressing. You won't be making any arrangements with that friend again, will you?

no as lovely as she is. I just can't be arsed with alot of people these days Blush

We learn it the hard way though! Two strikes and they're out. It's annoying though because I just wouldn't do what your friend did in a million years, it would have to be a genuine reason to cancel!
