I am a side sleeper and am getting increased neck and shoulder pain when I wake up. Obviously I need to rethink my pillows so need a recommendation for a good supportive pillow please Smile

I have had a Tempur-pedic pillow ever since a neck injury.

Worth every penny.

Thank you. Does the Tempur one make you feel hot though?

Google buck wheat pillows. They are amazing.

I’ve used one for ten years since working in the Far East. Fantastic.

Op I'm following too. I can't work with mushy marshmallow soft pillow I need something to support my head and neck. I have one ancient pillow, feather which has some Weight and body to it. Ie you could tip lots of feathers to one end.

I don’t find the Tempur hot at all.

It’s so good that one night sleeping in anything else (eg in a hotel) and my neck pain returns.

It really is brilliant.

I've had a Tempur pedic for years. Best pillow I ever bought and no problems with overheating.
