Is the dog and cat one different or is it just the weight of the animal that matters?

I would imagine they are different as many dog flea treatment is poisonous to cats. Yes it goes on weight

Just looking at the boxes, the cat one over 4kg kills less things than the dogs one over 4kg so I guess they have different ingredients/strengths. I’d stick to the species specific treatments.

The version made for dogs has a different level of the active ingredient and must never be used on cats.

Thank you. Bugger. Best get out the gardening gloves and armour and start getting the semi feral Scottish wild cat look alike into a specially reinforced cat carrier then........
